Best Self Counseling Center was inspired by our passion to counsel, guide, coach, teach and empower our clients to become their best selves.
Our logo is a blue lilac tree. Lilacs are one of the first flowers to bloom in spring. Hence they symbolize new beginnings, renewal and love. The blue lilac in particular symbolizes happiness, tranquility and confidence. Our tagline - BUILD, CHANGE, GROW - represents what we will help you with in our work together.
The owners have worked in private practice together for the last ten years, share similar therapy styles and the same positive outlook on life. They decided to establish in Port Washington because of the warm sense of community and feeling of home. Our commitment is to provide compassionate care and effective tools so that you can thrive, succeed, and feel your best on your path of life!

We offer Individual, couples, families, groups, community & wellness coaching at Best Self. We accept some insurances & can offer virtual sessions when needed.
